CLINICAL DIRECTOR

Chelsea-Lynn Randall, Registered Psychotherapist

I established this practice to provide accessible, high-quality therapy across Ontario, ensuring individuals in under-served communities receive the mental health care they deserve. My approach is person-centered and trauma-informed, thoughtfully integrating evidence-based modalities including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Motivational Interviewing (MI) and Seeking Safety.

I earned my masters degree in Counselling Psychology from the University of Toronto. I specialize in working with adults and treating addiction, trauma, anxiety, and depression. Over the course of my practice, I have worked closely with diverse groups, including first responders, military members, and veterans. In addition to clinical care, I have extensive experience navigating third-party referrals and reporting requirements for organizations such as (Workplace Safety and Insurance Board (WSIB), Workers Compensation Board (WCB), Veterans Affairs Canada (VAC), and Partners in Canadian Veterans Rehabilitation (PCVRS). Whether we work together directly or I connect you with one of the skilled clinicians in our collective, my priority is ensuring you feel fully supported every step of the way.

I completed my education and training at the world renowned Hazelden Betty Ford Center. I have extensive experience working with both substance and behavioural addictions, as well as concurrent mental health concerns including PTSD, mood and anxiety disorders. I take a client-centered approach to care, drawing from evidence-based modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Motivational Interviewing, and 12-Step Facilitation.

My goal is to create a safe and welcoming space where you feel heard and empowered in your recovery journey. If you have any questions or concerns, please don’t hesitate to reach out. I offer a 20 minute consultation to determine together if our approaches align.
